Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
The service
Dossi is a software (SaaS) tool for managing client files for mortgage advisors: collecting and organizing documents, managing communication and meetings, and handling signature and payment requests. Use of the service is subject to these terms.
Accounts and advisor responsibility
You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account and for compliance with all laws applicable to your activity, including obtaining client consent to collect and process their information and documents through the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, upload infringing or harmful content, attempt to compromise security, or access other clients’ information. We may suspend any account that violates these terms.
No advice
Dossi is an operational tool only and does not provide mortgage, financial, or legal advice. Professional responsibility for the file and for advising the client rests solely with the advisor. Signatures and documents produced through the service do not constitute confirmation of their legal validity — you must verify acceptance with the relevant authority (bank/regulator).
Third-party services
The service integrates with external providers (Google, Signew, SUMIT, and others). Their use is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability of, or changes to, third-party services.
Payments
Payment terms, where applicable, will be provided separately. Account status (active/suspended) is determined by us in accordance with the agreement.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the event.
Termination, governing law, and jurisdiction
Either party may terminate the engagement by notice. Upon termination, access will cease and data will be deleted or returned, subject to retention obligations. These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
